Output Manager helps you to implement automated document workflows while helping to improve printing efficiency, drive changes in printing behaviour and manage document intensive business processes.
Output Manager enables organisations to implement advanced automated document workflows that help support the implementation of corporate document policies through easily configurable rules. This allows documents to be automatically routed to the appropriate destination or device(s) based on elements such as printing cost, colour content or other configurable parameters. This ensures that in-house Print Rooms are fully utilized and that print jobs are produced in the most efficient and cost effective manner helping to reduce document printing costs and support the implementation of environmental standards.
Internal stakeholders can be notified when jobs have been printed via a variety of methods including email, SMS or a desktop pop-up. Pop-ups can also be configured to provide information such as remaining print budget, total printing cost or lower cost printing alternatives.
Output Manager supports a wide range of enterprise requirements including support for corporate document security policies via user authentication, comprehensive reporting, automated report generation and accounting. Printing from mobile devices, email, guest printing and the secure release of documents are also supported as is electronic document delivery.
